FoodTruckFinder is a platform that connects food truck operators with customers. We provide:

  • A map-based interface to discover nearby food trucks
  • Tools for truck owners to broadcast their location and menu
  • Review and rating features for customers
  • Premium features for enhanced visibility (paid subscription)

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to:

  • Display your content on the platform
  • Use it for promotional purposes
  • Modify it for formatting or display purposes

You agree not to post content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Spam, advertising, or solicitation
  • Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory

5. Food Truck Owners

Truck owners using our platform agree to:

  • Maintain all required licenses and permits
  • Provide accurate information about their business
  • Update their location and hours accurately
  • Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations

6. Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium features are billed monthly or annually
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled according to app store policies
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Scrape or collect data from our Service
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the actions of food truck operators, the quality of food served, or any disputes between users and truck operators.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
